Founded in 1957 by our President, Melvin Warshal, Fairway Finance has grown to be the leading independently owned mortgage and finance company in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
With our office conveniently located in Luzerne, PA, we are able to assist borrowers throughout Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Pike, Susquehanna and Monroe Counties with their cash needs.
Our Location
We are very fortunate that our office is conveniently located just off Exit 6 of the Cross Valley Expressway, in Luzerne, PA.
Follow Interstate 81 to Exit 170B. Follow Rt. 309N (The Cross Valley Expressway) to Exit 6, the Luzerne exit. Look for our time and temperature sign on your right hand side. At the end of the off-ramp, make a right, another right, then a third right. You'll find us at the end of the street, just next to Sew Fine Draperies.
Our Staff
With over 15 years of experience in the finance business, Mark Warshal manages our office and oversees all aspects of the company's operation.
Sue Orlando has been with Fairway for over 8 years and has many years of banking experience under her belt. Sue would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about our loan program or the lending process.
We are also pleased to have Jarrod Menta on our staff. A graduate of Penn State University, Jarrod is able to answer all your financial questions and help you to borrow the extra cash you need.
